Many hospitality websites are structured primarily around accommodation even when the property earns from several other revenue streams.
A resort may also sell stay packages, weddings, corporate events, school or group outings, activities, dining and seasonal experiences.
Those customers do not all follow the same journey.
A room guest may need dates, availability, price and booking.
A wedding customer may need venue information, capacity, accommodation options and a structured enquiry.
A corporate organiser may need meeting facilities, activities, rooms and group requirements.
Treating every visitor as a room-booking customer or sending every non-room requirement into a generic contact form weakens the direct customer journey.
The better question is:
How does the property actually earn, and what digital journey does each important revenue line require?
